BHI Energy has provided facilities maintenance and janitorial services at power plants for more than two decades. Our services have expanded significantly in recent years to include a janitorial workforce located throughout the country and management with extensive experience overseeing large janitorial service contracts.

Our “workforce development” approach involves cross-training radiation safety and maintenance personnel to develop a pipeline of trained technicians. This approach focuses on improving facilities maintenance programs by reducing operating costs, increasing efficiency and improving quality of work.

BHI Energy holds several system-wide facilities maintenance contracts that take advantage of our service bundling and have resulted in a significant reduction in safety and human performance events, turnover, labor hours, contract administration, contractor overhead, recruiting and training costs.
