BOCA RATON, Fla., April 14, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — AE Industrial Partners, LP (“AEI”), a U.S.-based private equity firm specializing in aerospace, defense & government services, space, power & utility services, and specialty industrial markets, announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to sell its portfolio company BHI Energy (“BHI”) to Westinghouse Electric Company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
For over 40 years, Weymouth, MA-based BHI has provided industry-leading specialty services to the power generation and electricity transmission & distribution end markets. Under AEI’s ownership, BHI grew organically and through the successful acquisitions of DBE Utility Services, Coastal Electrical Construction, TechCom International, Plaska Transmission Line Construction and D&D Power.
