BHI has provided staff augmentation services to TVA for over 10 years. We are able to offer a highly specialized, skilled pool of professional, engineering, IT, light industrial, trades and craft, union and non-union resources for the customer’s Nuclear Construction and Restart needs. Staff are part of our managed services program, and are fully integrated on site, with no OSHA recordables. BHI filled over 2000 positions in 100 different skill sets, with over 500 transitioned to full-time roles. The range of services offered includes contingent staffing, payroll service, safety training, supplier and union management.
