Emergency Flood Control Project

The City of Rialto contracted TechCom to complete an emergency public works flood control project when two street crossings and the culvert were destroyed during a major flood. The emergency project included reconstruction of reinforced concrete box culverts along the Rialto Channel. The Director of Public Works said “TechCom demonstrated excellent leadership in problem solving…bringing these issues to their successful completion….The City of Rialto expresses our appreciation for the excellent progress achieved by TechCom International and commends their leadership and workmanship”. The project was completed in only 75% of the projected time, coming in a full month ahead of schedule.
