PSEG contracted with BHI Energy to replace feedwater heat exchanger tube bundles at their Salem Unit II location. Replacing the tube bundles only resulted in a cost and time savings to PSEG, versus replacing the entire heater.  BHI offered a full-service approach for the project with welding, project management and planning services, sourcing the heavy rigging, machining, and NDE services, as well as providing all labor, equipment and tooling to accomplish the mechanical work.  BHI employed a crew of more than 50 to successfully plan and execute the project, delivering all safety, budget, schedule, quality and human performance requirements to the customer’s satisfaction.  Contact us to learn more.
