Rachel DeBuck Joins BHI Energy as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis
BHI Energy (BHI) is pleased to announce that Rachel DeBuck has joined the organization effective March 22 as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis. In this position, she will be responsible for leading the FP&A activities across all BHI’s service lines, partnering closely with BHI’s leadership to drive the FP&A function. This role will lead development and standardization of financial planning / budgeting / forecasting processes, tools, reporting and analytics to drive financial results by providing data driven insights, that focus the business on the most impactful areas to meet both short term and long term business and financial goals.
Rachel brings to BHI a wealth of financial experience in the industrial sector, coming to BHI from Carrier Corporation, where she served for 15 years in several roles within their organization. Most recently working with their WHQ Operations organization in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Rachel served as Sr. Director of their Carrier 700 program, which succeeded the Carrier NEXT transformation to become a stand-alone public company. Prior to that she was Sr. Director FP&A managing a team of professionals for CCS’ Fire & Security Products division, and a Sr. Director for CCS Operations Finance. She also served as CFO of United Technologies’ UTEC organization in Indiana and as CFO for Carrier Hungary.
She spent a year and a half working for the Eaton Automotive Plant in Michigan, and began her career with Owens-Illinois Inc. in Ohio, working for their North American and Hungarian Glass Containers Operations.
Rachel holds an MBA from Indiana University and a BSBA in Finance from the University of Toledo. Rachel will report to Charles Harvey, BHI Energy’s Chief Financial Officer. She is located in the West Palm Beach office and can be reached via email at Rachel.DeBuck@bhienergy.com.
