With a highly mobile, national workforce of over 600 craft and technical personnel, BHI Energy is positioned to address industry-wide concerns of finding qualified candidates to support wind O&M activities in remote wind farm locations. We have the ability to respond to emergent client needs, while assuring work is completed safely.

BHI Energy’s training and qualification program provides tangible benefits to both our employees and clients. This program includes on-the-job training (OJT), designed to augment the existing skill sets of wind technicians, and OJT documentation, used as a tool for tracking and advancing employee qualifications and matching skill sets.
