BHI Energy (BHI) announced today that Rachel DeBuck has been promoted to Vice President of Finance for Power Delivery. In this role, she will partner with Ken Loynes, President of the T&D Division, and the Power Delivery business unit leaders, as well as Operations and Finance teams to drive profitable growth and value creation. The Power Delivery Finance teams will report to Rachel, who reports to Charles Harvey, BHI Energy’s Chief Financial Officer.
Rachel has served for the past year as the Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, where she has been leading the FP&A activities across all BHI’s service lines, partnering closely with BHI’s leadership to drive the FP&A function. She has been instrumental at helping the organization start building out FP&A capabilities, including development and standardization of financial planning / budgeting / forecasting processes, tools, management reporting and analytics to drive financial results by providing data driven insights that focus the business on the most impactful areas to meet both short term and long-term business and financial goals.
Rachel came to BHI with a wealth of financial experience in the industrial sector, serving 15 years in several roles within the Carrier Corporation, as Sr. Director of their Carrier 700 program, which succeeded the Carrier NEXT transformation to become a stand-alone public company. Prior to that she was Sr. Director FP&A managing a team of professionals for CCS’ Fire & Security Products division, and a Sr. Director for CCS Operations Finance. She also served as CFO of United Technologies’ UTEC organization in Indiana and as CFO for Carrier Hungary.
Rachel holds an MBA from Indiana University and a BSBA in Finance from the University of Toledo.
