BHI provided third party oversight of Transmission line construction vendors, mobilizing 30 T-line representatives in the fields of construction, civil engineering and underground construction.  BHI’s project responsibilities included coordinating materials, permitting, submission of switching requests to switching authority, holding clearances for vendors and monitoring field implementation to ensure quality and safety standards were met.  BHI also supplied five Environmental Permitting Specialists who were embedded with the construction representatives, providing direct support of project permitting milestones and working with the CRs to resolve environmental issues in implementation.
